Here are some of the factors that is very dark, deep and I'm sensitive and I wonder what no one feels this way. Are you easily overwhelmed by things such as lights, strong smells, coarse fabrics, or sirens nearby? Are you scared when you have a lot to done in a short period of time? Make it a point to avoid violent movies and television broadcasts? It is necessary to withdraw during busy days in the bed or in a darkened room or any other place where you can have privacy and relief from the situation? Do they make a high priority to organizing your life to avoid situations upsetting or overwhelming? Do you notice or enjoy delicate or fine scents, tastes, sounds, or works of art? You have a rich and complex inner life? When you were a children, their parents or teachers see you as sensitive or shy I know it's hard not to be understood. This is really a symptom of HSP, but many Asperger's have this character too much and too talented.
