parenting issues with toddlers

I recently began teaching a parent-child swim class for children aged 6-18 months and need ideas. HELP!?

I would like some ideas for activities with songs and activities that encourage children to participate in May. My biggest problem when thinking about things for the younger members of the class smaller, about 6 to 12 months.

get a gym mat and float in the water (tap the end of the pool) gets the baby to crawl or walking and running along the mat and jump in the water! Search treadmill workout tunnel and take the children to crawl through and into the pool to double the mast in half and take the children to sit in the middle (like a ship) and flip-off!
