parenting discipline issues

Parents often treat their children as they were disciplined. This may involve archaic concepts about parenting that no longer work in today's world with children. It is not uncommon for adults to believe that parenthood involves mainly the use of power and control. In the book by William Glasser, corporate identity, says the nature of fatherhood has changed in recent decades.

Authority figures are no longer respected by virtue of their role. Teenagers are more in line, simply because their parents bark orders. Glasser is very pragmatic on this issue. This is not about what is right or wrong with the values reference of parents is what works. In general, using control tactics no longer work with children. Many teachers have a problem of capturing this idea. They believe that may force children to do school work. Usually has no impact on Toddler. Parents try to act authoritative around his children and lost. Discipline is a matter of respect for the role modeling, and agricultural, the appropriate limits, and consequences of the establishment.

The most important step of discipline is the creation of a positive relationship with a child. So we must educate and coach about what you want to accomplish. Development autonomy in relation to support your child and teach them to handle themselves. Respect must be modeled. This is how things are in our current cultural context. You complain you can say it is not fair, but it's reality. Life is much more fun when the children love and respect for their parents. Most children do nothing for parents to meet. I realize there are exceptions, and these cases, parents should not feel guilty about bad parenting. Some kids make poor elections, regardless of our relationships with them.

For parents, "outside the bubble" in May visualization process raising average children from a different perspective. It may mean giving up the image of the visit was established during childhood. Sometimes, parents internalize the image of the visit was to them, even if this perception was intolerable. Sometimes, the caregivers of our children is to do the opposite of what they did for us. We have to make contact with the child us. We remember what it was to play and have fun. If our childhood was not funny, then we must make a work of mourning and hope to do different things with our own children. If our parents is critical within the expectations of most probably unrealistic for our children. We listen to criticism inside and let him speak. We can hear the tones from the tyranny of "shoulds". The internal criticism or parent center is full of moral precepts. The judge and jury of our behavior. Combine this with the pusher subpersonality us that the driver and you have a toxic combination. The pusher driver is inside of us that says: "What I do not enough. I always do better. "Parents should contact the spokesman for the center – and the thrust of the driver and determine its content and then separating. Parents want subpersonalities rationally respond with the most reasonable to consider specific issues. This rational process to respond to help solve the water "cloudy" when it comes to training and advising our own children.
