How Do I Get Pregnant? This is perhaps one question you are asking if you have been trying to conceive for some time and nothing seems to be happening.

So to answer that all important question, “How Do I get Pregnant?” below are 3 action steps to getting pregnant and by using them you will greatly increase the odds of you getting pregnant in any one month.

1. Know Your Fertile Days Of The Month.

For the next couple of months keep a record of your menstrual cycle. The aim is to get to a point where you can pin point with great accuracy the day you are likely to ovulate in a month.

The day you ovulate is when you ovary releases an egg and that egg has to be fertilised within the next 24 hours.

There are several methods you can use to know the precise day in which you likely to ovulate:

1. the Cervical Mucus Method (CM),

2. The Basal Body Temperature (BBT)

3. The Use of ovulation kits.

2. If you sincerely want to answer the question “How Do I get Pregnant” then you have to avoid Any Form Of Lubrication.

Are you aware that virtually all store bought lubricants, including the human saliva kill sperm? So lubricants like Vaseline, vegetable oils, petroleum jelly and glycerine are a no no for now.

You can use raw egg whites as a lubricant. They are cheap and also support your partners sperm on their journey!

3. Go Easy on the Vitamin C, research has shown that too much vitamin c decreases your cervical fluid.

Taking some vitamin C is a good idea, because it helps to improve the quality and quantity of your cervical fluid and this will in turn increase your fertility.

Your cervical fluid is crucial for moving your partner’s sperm to your cervix and on to your uterus, where it will eventually meet up with your egg.

Too much vitamin C can have the opposite effect on your fertility. It can cause cervical fluid to dry up and without it to move your partner’s sperm to where it is needed you can kiss getting pregnant goodbye.

You should never take doses larger than 1,000mg while trying to conceive even in the cold winter months

For now, I would choose a mixture of different subjects to take, including those of his property, and the ones you like. Perhaps, graphic design, psychology, history, and the media? that would a wide range of skills and future careers.

workplace childcare

How the workplace as a social institution directly affect women's lives? ?

For better or worse? Re: maternity care child management, sexism, etc. Are there any recent examples of these effects?

I was outside the place of full-time work for some time, but there are many things that have impacted my life. Because employers want people in general will not be "off" job that had problems during the time I was of childbearing age because of the assumption that he would have more children. Childcare is a question (some may remember when the facilities further work premises was concerned), because of cost and because if I were a sick child or had other needs that meant leaving work to address this problem. I was one of the lucky ones because my husband had a large margin in his own work and often can help children with illnesses or emergencies, and consider the needs of child care to a minimum. This had an effect on our relationship, to some extent, but not by sexism but by the hours variable cut our time together. When I was able to break into my profession, I had more freedom with my own schedule, but until then, child care was not a big problem. I do not remember running a lot of gender issues, but I worked in an atmosphere very different from a lot and I continued my professional work in the same workplace. For me, work has become my "social institution", largely because other than my children, who were my social contacts, and my teammates. We worked together and played together. Much of this was dictated by the strict Confidentiality of our work. Please write if you have any questions or concerns about what I wrote.

Could childcare be the solution to workplace absenteeism?
