Yoga Positions dangerous for the second quarter?

I suck at yoga, but I started taking a yoga class to keep pregnancy form. I am 20 weeks pregnant at the time. The teacher is known (and only in our small town), but I doubt some things you make us do. My main concern is that we made ten or fifteen minutes of lying on his back, including very uncomfortable where we raise our hips ground, keeping your shoulders on the ground. Loved the baby goes crazy when I do that. After I did the exercise class Yesterday, I went back and found that had a hemorrhoid a little bad luck (sorry, TMI) and that did not exist before class. I heard that too long in the back can aggravate hemorrhoids by increasing blood pressure in the lower half, so I think it could be linked to Yoga. Am I right in saying that this woman is telling us how dangerous movements? Or am I paranoid?

can be "dangerous" when gestation, but it is close or not to be put on the back for long periods of time. if it is uncomfortable for you, I would not. I have a video Q2 prenatal yoga and exercises that do not require laying on your back or stomach, only one side.
