7 DPO is too early for pregnancy test? When was your last show positive pregnancy test?

According to my ovulation kit, I'm still ovulate after 7 days of my positive OPK. I feel quite different, and a pregnancy test today and it was negative. But I heard OPK positive that can mean a multiple pregnancy. Have you had experiences with this? So when she made her pregnancy. Finally, the tests show a + +?
