What is really the feeling of acceleration?

I am 16 weeks along and expect to "acceleration" feelings or the first movements of my baby in the weeks to come. This is my first pregnancy, so I have no idea what to expect and how to know who did my little movement, not just my stomach growls again. Someone remembers his first realization that it was true?

For me, I felt for the first time a movement on my neck, I do not know what I felt for a couple of weeks. She had her feet to down so that I could feel her kicking my cervix. But when she changed her position, she felt a little like how it feels when someone is Kicking / Set foot on the back of his car seat …. except what was happening in my stomach.
