Are pregnancy symptoms a few days after conception possible?

So, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night I had sex unprotected sex. It was about the same time that my ovulation cycle should have been. I heard different resources that some symptoms may occur within days, the swelling of the feet is one of them. My feet are very swollen today! Is it possible for all symptoms to start so early?

It may be possible, I was sick in the morning, 2 days after conception, without knowing it was pregnant. So at first I thought it was sick. Until not disappeared and missing my period 2 weeks later he gave too far. However, sometimes "only" has swollen feet.
