Vaginal discharge, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, signs of pregnancy?

It was about 7 weeks since my last period and I am generally illegal, but sometimes I'm a regular. The last two weeks I felt nausea, extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, vaginal discharge (no smell or itching) and some cramps. Could they be signs of pregnancy or other thing? Please let me know.
