Vaccination against swine influenza …?!?!? Question

I am 32 weeks pregnant and recently I received a letter to the position by saying that I was strongly recommended that vaccination against swine flu is because of me and the baby .. I have a disease kidney that if it broke again, I can finish ICU again .. "Apparently" swine flu can make it the worst ..
