What is the most charming hotel or B & B in Christchurch, New Zealand?

I'm really looking or charming B & B in or near the central city of Christchurch, ideally with a hot tub or whirlpool, restaurant and Nice, close. More importantly, you must have a character quite unique, a place where people do not forget. I'll pick up my parents to the airport early, and plan to put them there on the day of arrival to stretch your legs after the long flight. Can you think of a hotel that is right for this?
