My videos from digital cameras are more than 100 MB – Upload custom sites and send e-mails, then resize them?

Are Quicktime videos my digital camera since my old Olympus camera I had no problem with the videos – but with this new camera – I can send videos in e-mail messages because they are too big – I can not download the video hosting sites and I can not even editing the video editing program I have – the result says that the video file is incompatible! What can I do to fix this problem? I thought if I ordered but QuickTime Pro helps you said they still can not resize – Is there a software product out there that Resizing QuickTime videos, so you can send e-mail and download sites? All I can do with them now is to copy DVD – I really need to share them online, because my parents want to see videos of her granddaughter ASAP – PLEASE HELP So frusterated! Is there a video hosting site that updates videos through 100 MB ??????????? And accept QuickTime video? Thanks

the best was is to use a compression tool. must be one of the tools of the system. If not, you can find a compression tool to the Google Video.
