How can I check if a group of drivers Ed online is real?

Ok, the site is http://www.cheapdriversed.com there nothing in the DMV website has a list of online courses accepted? My parents have confidence in the site and do not want to see proof on the DMV Web site. I live in California, btw. Thank you!

DMV would be listed as "approved for California." If you're not on the list, do not pay.
