Child support in Florida?

I live in Florida. I gave birth to my 8 months and we are still awaiting the paternity test. the baby's father and I are closer than we are currently on trial for assault. My question is ,….. What maintenance will pay once they settled in court. I started nursing school this week and I have no work. My parents pay for child care and everything else. Does this account against me in court when the money your child support agreement? Will I receive more money if they obtain at least get part-time? I just find it is unfair that my parents must pay for childcare, even after support for his son settled! In addition, you have to pay more to compensate for years of not paying? Any information is appreciated! You do not want to work to focus on nursing school, but if I get a job i. thank you in advance.

When it is considered the father of the child .. is parental income, by law, the guidelines .. All questions must be resolved in family court .. including child support, child care expenses for children ..
