Spotting, bleeding, early pregnancy HELP!?

I have six weeks. I had cramps on and off for a while. Started spotting (brown) on Tuesday. Clicked point in the night game then it stopped. I had a test Wednesday and my cervix was still closed. The NP said it was the blood of age, do not worry. Spotting started yesterday, Brown again, but now there are some dark to bright red, with some small clots. I have no pain. I am a miscarriage? Or maybe because I tried to solve the problem with some Q-tips and my finger and maybe something scratched? Sorry if TMI but I just want to give a clear idea of my situation. What's happening?

DONT put things in your vagina that is not to be there. Q-tips and the finger is even if you are a supplier of rating, training programs, risk of infection and other things. bright red bleeding must be addressed by you NP. if your neck collar is closed does not mean not much. Vi for nine months with my daughter and besides being a little small (5 lb 13 oz) which was in perfect health. At 5 years old is still on the small side but I also Good luck
