Right Track Lehigh University, Michigan, Wisconsin, better? What SAT score should I get?

I am still only a Junior High School. My average is around 3.7. I'm split in Science this year, taking AP chemistry and environmental science. Next semester my English Honors will have a label. I pre-calculus. My notes Freshman years have really caught my GPA. I'm in class 0 Time Leadership (student government) in my third year, Peer Resources, Link Crew, elected student representative on the Council website, intern in the office of a board, more than one year and counting, the weekly community service, child care, and I am currently in 3rd semester to take China into the community college. I am Asian-American of California. What range of SAT scores should aspire to, I get, I aim too high or too low? I intend to go to college and register as a student Business degree. Comments?
