Help! I am concerned about this work?

I am a qualified teacher to know about nutrition and hygiene, and therefore requested Cooks work thinking it would be a good experience. I have an interview and did not believe he would, and interest I searched through the menus in local centers that work and really do not think you can cook things they have, I cook things like Cook pasta and stuff, but I can make lasagna, hamburgers, meatloaf, chicken, apricot and all these dishes on the list … I need to call and say he was hired somewhere else and not get an appointment? I'm really being honest with myself and I think I missed this, if not even try, or should I go to the interview and see what they say? Obviously he asked me do an interview because I thought I could do the job, the fact is … more I probably can not! Thank you. I practice. It's probably all I can do.

Why do not you learn to cook things like lasagna and burgers – only receive a cookbook and try to make some of these dishes. So if you go to interview at least you can try.
