What you wear to an interview for Child Care?

I know most people say, regardless of your work safe you must wear a suit or a professional office. I somehow have something in mind in the day .. I thought a dark pencil skirt and blouse can be used, but then I will not be too hot. All suggestions and advice are appreciated. Thank you in advance. =)

I would try to balance the professional aspect, but also the appearance that they are not afraid of mucus.
