
Support healthy foods during pregnancy?
Heya Ladies! I was wondering what kind of food could do that are still healthy and adapted to pregnancy. Obviously, I do not want to diet, I just want to eat healthy, so do not put more weight on what we need! Then mummies / mummies to be what they did / do you keep your diet under control? Also any kind would be great! Thank you!
I eat basically the same as before, cut out fatty foods though. Nor am eating Mayo / Miracle Whip salad dressing and some because they have raw egg in them. Pumping my body full fruit and vegetables, drink lots of milk and OJ. They also eat many small meals throughout the day. Keep granola bars in her purse. You do not want your stomach empty for long. This feeling of emptiness feel.get always made me sick, really lost 13weeks4days'm about 10 pounds since I eat my meals pregnant: P.
