Does anyone know if the veterans receive the benefits of disability allowance who need to report to Arizona DES?
I ask because my husband began receiving disability compensation for combat injuries and are AHCCCS and receive food stamps. I know I must report any changes, but he said in the statement of decision is that nobody can take it that money from him, because it is a handicap. I know Arizona with no money have we, but do not count as income, and if we try to get the number of supportive care to children as an income for himself and help us get your approval? Hopefully someone can answer some of these questions. Thank you:) Does not report income means that you tell me?
For this city, his disability has not returned. You must request the General Tax Directorate in Arizona to see what the state law. You may be counting on that income. I know that when presented a scholarship, you must specify the compensation received by the inorder private or government agency to determine which is their right. 38 U.S. Code, Section 5301 IRS 78-161 Government and usc/titles/TITLE38/38USC5301.html http://www.techlawreporter.com/toa/codes/ TITLE 38 – Benefits for Veterans PART IV – PROVISIONS ADMINISTRATIVE GENERAL CHAPTER 53 – PROVISIONS CONCERNING BENEFITS sec. 5301.
